Bio Data    He is a 1997 Law graduate of the University of Lagos. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1998 and completed the mandatory national service in 1999.In his spare, he became a pioneer student at the Fate Foundation, Lagos (a school for aspiring entrepreneurs). He is the Project Lead of Creative Commons Nigeria .He is also Chair of the Africa Committee of internetbar.org and the Information Communications and Technology Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch. He was a member of the Presidential Task Force that drafted the Intellectual Property, Anti Dumping and Competition Commission bill in 2001.Ayo was also amongst the advisers to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) on strategies to adopt in negotiating the Competition aspect of the Economic Partnership Agreements with the European Union in October 2005.
